SENIOR FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE

POSITION SUMMARY:

The desired candidate will have prior experience in a position including, inventory, material control and shipping/packaging/receiving, preferably in a medical device company.  This individual will require excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to meet company deadlines in a timely manner.  Specific experience and responsibilities will include, but not limited to: responsibility for all applicable documentation; Inventory; NetSuite applications; Vendor ISupply; inventory cycle counts; LAL syringe testing; stock allocation after AQL inspections are performed; as well as verification of all applicable packaging forms.                                     

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform all applicable transactions in NetSuite regarding the flow of all materials
  • Responsible for coordinating shipping of product
  • Manage inspection sign offs on applicable shipping verification forms
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all company, safety, and quality policies and procedures and ensure the policies and procedures are followed in daily warehouse operations
  • Evaluate efficiency and current practices to develop and implement improvements
  • Maintain a clean work environment, elevating housekeeping standards throughout all departments within the warehouse
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and convey excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with manager and co-workers
  • Exhibit clear understanding and ensure compliance to cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization in a positive and professional manner

 

DESIRED SKILLSET:

 

  • Associates Degree, preferred
  • 3+ yrs experience working in a similar role, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Possess excellent organizational, verbal, written communication and problem solving skills
  • Possess above-average interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to work with others in a professional, positive and collaborative manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to learn, possess a can do attitude, and motivated to succeed and grow
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
  • Ability to read, write and understand English
  • Ability to perform basic math knowledge (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Experience working in a start-up environment, helpful
